Welcome to Klared Maps ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Klared Maps platform, including all features, content, and services offered. By accessing or using Klared Maps in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use the Service.

Klared Maps is operated by Klared ("Company," "Klared"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Klared Maps is a platform designed to help users explore, visualize, and analyze institutional innovation maps—including startup ecosystems, research networks, industry landscapes, and organizational structures.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed. You use all information at your own risk.

5.1 Klared Maps IP

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including maps, visualizations, data structures, software, text, graphics, logos, and images—are the exclusive property of Klared or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant Klared the right to use, store, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service and as permitted by applicable law.

5.3 Third-Party Content

The Service may contain content licensed from or provided by third parties. Use of such content is governed by applicable licenses and agreements. You agree to respect all third-party intellectual property rights.

6.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind. Klared disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

We make no representation that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Any results obtained are provided as-is.

8.3 Data Loss and Service Interruptions

You acknowledge the risks of data loss. Klared is not liable for service disruptions, downtime, or data loss resulting from maintenance, infrastructure failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klared shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, profit, data, or goodwill. Except for disputes involving intellectual property infringement, Klared's total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if no fees were paid.

Klared reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time. We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be provided with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11.1 Governing Law
